Karrie Tucker was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas but relocated to the Waco area several years ago with her husband. With over twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry, Karrie has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Over the course of her career, Karrie has placed emphasis in building lasting relationships with her borrowers.
Her husband and her have a large family, with nine children together and nine grandchildren. During her free time, she can be found enjoying quality time with her family, traveling with her husband, and often working on pre-approvals on her laptop on the go!
Breana Harris was born and raised in the area of West, Texas. Graduating from Abbott High School, Breana then spent several years working at a local bank before taking a leap of faith and obtaining her mortgage license in 2021, which led her to join the broker world. In a series of great events, Breana was introduced to Karrie through a mutual friend, and immediately clicked with her. Since April 2021, Breana has been working as a loan officer, and is always eager to expand her knowledge in the mortgage industry. With a passion for communication and ensuring that her borrowers are well-informed throughout the entire home buying process, she cares about the relationship more than the transaction.
Breanna lives in West with her husband and two daughters, and is often found at her kid’s extracurricular sporting events or at home, curled up in a blanket reading a book!
A mutual friend introduced Karrie and Breana to one another, and they immediately hit it off.
After feeling burnt out and needing a change in her career, Breana went for her mortgage license. Almost instantly, Karrie knew that her and Breana would work out as a team.
Once the duo began working together, it was evident they were a dream team. Together, Karrie and Breana decided to begin K&B Lending to offer their borrowers nothing but the best.
Together they offer borrowers extreme knowledge and understanding. The ladies don’t do any shortcuts or shady business, and will always do what’s best for their borrowers.
